Watch the harbour activities and ever changing vista from the deck of our clean and comfortable accommodation. We are situated just above the car ferry on the Russell side of the Opua harbour.  Simply drive off the Opua/Okiato car ferry and up our driveway.  We are 8km from the Russell Village.
Okiato Point, Russell was the very 1st Capital of NZ & is an ideal base to check out the historical sites around the Bay of Islands area. Go sailing, kayaking, fishing, hiking and swimming. You can cross the harbour by ferry & dine at the local cafes of Opua. The area offers diving, parasailing, kite surfing, swim with the dolphins and much much more.
